Disappointing Experience – No Response from Customer Service

I received the wrong item and have made multiple attempts to resolve the issue. I’ve sent two emails and called four times, leaving messages each time, but no one has ever answered or returned my calls. It’s been extremely frustrating, and I have yet to receive any communication or support. Very disappointed with the lack of customer service.
